In 1981, Reverend Dulin worked as a supervisor at the ABCD Dorchester Head Start and Early Head Start  program during a time when she desperately needed to support her family. As a single mother of three, she earned a bachelor’s degree in human services management from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in education with a minor in organizational development from Cambridge College.


Today she is CEO of Business Not As Usual and president and executive director of Business Not As Usual Entrepreneur Institute, Inc, Teen Entrepreneur Series, a nonprofit designed to empower Black and Latino teens with business and leadership skills.  


Reverend Dulin is an ordained minister at Greater Love Tabernacle where she preaches and oversees the Health & Wellness and Educational Ministries, makes hospital and home visits and provides funeral programs. She also teaches weekly bible study at the Keystone Apartments.  


She is a proud mother of three children, grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of nine.
